Computer model predicts breakout season for Dak Prescott

SportsLine's advanced computer has simulated the NFL season 10,000 times and says Dak Prescott is being undervalued

NFL fans and Fantasy football players alike are trying to predict the next breakout or sleeper player for the 2018 season.

It might be the emergence of a rookie such as Alvin Kamara or Deshaun Watson. Or it could be a veteran resurgence that leads to huge results on the field and in Fantasy leagues.

SportsLine's advanced computer model, which called Kamara a breakout long before other experts last seaosn, has simulated the entire NFL season 10,000 times to come up with Fantasy football cheat sheets that identify sleepers, breakouts and busts. These cheat sheets rank every player and then compare their average draft position (ADP) to others at their same position.

The cheat sheets are calling for a breakout season from Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott.

He's being overlooked in Fantasy football drafts, going off the board with a 13th-round ADP in CBS Sports Standard Leagues.

That's likely because of the losses of Dez Bryant and Jason Witten this offseason, and the need to fill the over 200 targets those two got last season.

But SportsLine's cheat sheets like Prescott's chances for a breakout season in the new-look Dallas offense that will have Ezekiel Elliott back full time and has new targets such as Allen Hurns and Michael Gallup in the mix.

Prescott is ranked higher than Philip Rivers (11th round ADP) and Matt Ryan (11th) even though he put up significantly lower numbers than both in 2017.

Where do other Cowboys players land on the cheat sheets, and which players will be huge breakouts, busts or sleepers in 2018? Join SportsLine now to get cheat sheets from the proprietary computer model that nailed Alvin Kamara's breakout season in 2017.
