When it comes to college football, there are few who deserve the "expert" tag quite like Barrett Sallee. We can tell you Sallee is going Under in the contest between No. 10 USC and No. 21 Notre Dame at 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday. The line has now dropped to 60.5, though Sallee locked it in at 63 earlier in the week.

"This point total suggests that Notre Dame will be forced into a track meet with Trojans quarterback Caleb Williams, and I don't see this one going down that way," he said. "Notre Dame's offense can't keep up with USC, so it'll slow things down, bleed the play clock and successfully keep Williams on the sideline. Can they do it? Yes, of course. USC's defense is a train wreck, so long, drawn-out drives should come easy."
