Few teams played Cleveland as well as Detroit during the regular season and as luck would have it for the Cavs they ended up with Detroit as the first round opponent.

The Pistons won and covered in three of four matchups this regular season, taking advantage of the Cavs two areas of weakness. Kyrie Irving, for all of his offensive ability, can be a bit of a liability on the defensive end. Reggie Jackson took advantage of that with 20.3 points and 7.3 assists against the Cavs this season.
