College basketball's conference tournaments are at a fever pitch, with conference titles and berths in the NCAA Tournament on the line. Rivals often collide in these tournaments, and one of the biggest rivalries in the sport will be renewed Friday night when the Duke Blue Devils and North Carolina Tar Heels collide in the ACC semifinals. Duke, the top seed in the conference, has been one of the best teams in the country this year and should be a No. 1 seed in the Big Dance. North Carolina, meanwhile, is a bubble team and may need to beat Duke to get in.
That may be an easier task than usual, as Duke superstar Cooper Flagg -- the likely top pick in this year's NBA draft -- left yesterday's win over Georgia Tech with an ankle injury, and Duke coach John Scheyer indicated that he's unlikely to play Friday. Can UNC knock off its longtime rival?
