After three weeks, we're starting to see the defenses you want to exploit. It's not perfect -- the Cowboys run defense stepped up against the Giants on Thursday night, for example -- but we're always looking for the best matchups.

That goes for redraft leagues and DFS. You have to look at the cost on DraftKings and FanDuel, but you also want to find players in the best situations.

The five best quarterback matchups are Washington, the Rams, Jacksonville, Baltimore, and Houston. The five best running back matchups are Tampa Bay, Dallas (prior to Thursday), Las Vegas, Jacksonville, and Miami. At wide receiver, the five best matchups are Washington, Detroit, the Rams, Baltimore, and Indianapolis. And the five best tight end matchups are Kansas City, Baltimore, Carolina, New Orleans, and the Rams.

For this week, I'm going to lean on some of these matchups for my lineups, as you'll see below. I'm going to stack Caleb Williams and D.J. Moore against the Rams on FanDuel. I'm going to use the Texans receivers against the Jaguars and a Cardinals receiver against the Commanders on both sites. And I'm going to use Jerome Ford against the Raiders on DraftKings.

There are other good matchups aside from those listed above, but you get the point. We now have enough data to where you should be attacking these great matchups when the price is right.

Here are two lineups that I'm playing on DraftKings and FanDuel. I'm excited about these roster combinations, and I'm expecting them to be successful for Week 4.
