The Bob Baffert-trained Du Jour will try to win his second straight Grade 1 race when he leaves the starting gate in the 2024 Shoemaker Mile on Memorial Day at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, Calif. A 6-year-old, Du Jour won the Grade 1 Kilroe Mile in his last start. For Monday, he has been installed as the 3-1 morning-line favorite in the Shoemaker Mile odds. Easter and Johannes are the co-second choices in the 11-horse field at 7-2. Post time is 9 p.m. ET.
