A number of events highlight Tuesday's 2024 Paris Olympics schedule, including men's and women's beach volleyball, women's track and field, women's soccer and men's basketball. Among the matches of particular interest to SportsLine expert Mike Tierney are men's and women's beach volleyball. 

On the women's side, an intriguing quarterfinal match pits Sara Hughes and Kelly Cheng of the United States against Tanja Huberli and Nina Brunner of Switzerland.
