    2024 College football betting strategy: Proven expert shares top situational spots for Week 7

    SportsLine college football analyst Josh Nagel has revealed his top spot play for Week 7 of the 2024 college football season

    Last week, we hit our third consecutive top-ranked situational play of the 2024 college football season as the California Golden Bears (+14) easily covered the number in their 39-38 loss to the Miami Hurricanes.

    We benefited from getting the best of an early number that closed +10.5 or +10 at most outlets, but the Bears covered all numbers and probably should have won the game outright. They dominated most of the way and led 35-10 midway through the third quarter before Miami mounted a furious comeback and scored the winning touchdown with 26 seconds left on the clock.
