The third major championship of the PGA Tour season is almost here. The 2022 U.S. Open tees off Thursday, June 16 on the venerable Country Club course in Brookline, Mass., where the Americans stormed back on Sunday to win the 1999 Ryder Cup. The club was one of the charter members of the USGA in 1894, and many of today's top PGA Tour players took on a slightly easier challenge in the 2013 U.S. Amateur at The Country Club.
