2021 NFL Playoffs Packers vs. 49ers odds, line: Advanced computer model reveals picks for Saturday's NFC Divisional Round game

The SportsLine Projection Model simulated the NFC Divisional Round game between Green Bay and San Francisco 10,000 times

The San Francisco 49ers will try to record their fourth straight postseason victory over Green Bay when they visit the Packers in the 2022 NFL playoffs on Saturday. San Francisco (11-7), which is coming off a 23-17 victory at Dallas, defeated Green Bay at home in their last playoff meeting two years ago. The NFC North-champion Packers (13-4) posted a victory at San Francisco during the regular season, 30-28 in Week 3.

Kickoff at Lambeau Field is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. ET. Green Bay is a 5.5-point favorite in the latest Packers vs. 49ers odds from Caesars Sportsbook, while the over-under for total points scored is 47.

Before you make any 49ers vs. Packers picks or NFL playoff predictions, you NEED to check out the latest NFL predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.

The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up over $7,500 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception six-plus years ago. The model enters the divisional round of the 2021 NFL playoffs on an incredible 137-97 run on top-rated NFL picks that dates back to the 2017 season. Amazingly, it hasn't missed a top-rated pick since Week 14 of the regular season.

The model also ranked in the top 10 on NFLPickWatch four of the past five years on straight-up NFL picks and beat more than 94 percent of CBS Sports Football Pick'em players four times during that span. Anyone who has followed it is WAY UP!

The model knows San Francisco has performed well in enemy territory, as it improved to 7-3 on the road with last Sunday's victory at Dallas. The 49ers also ended the regular season with a 27-24 overtime win against the Rams in Los Angeles to clinch a postseason berth for just the second time in eight years. Rookie running back Elijah Mitchell had a strong playoff debut, rushing for 96 yards and a touchdown, while dual threat Deebo Samuel amassed 110 scrimmage yards and a TD run.

The model also knows Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers is coming off an MVP-caliber regular season in which he registered over 4,000 passing yards for the fourth consecutive campaign and 10th time in his 17-year career. The 38-year-old was tied for fourth in the NFL with 37 touchdown passes, while top target Davante Adams finished second with 123 receptions, third with 1,553 receiving yards and fifth with 11 TD catches.

Now, the model has set its sights on Packers vs. 49ers. We can tell you it's leaning Under the total, and it also says one side of the spread cashes in well over 50 percent of simulations! You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any NFL picks of your own.
