After Dustin Johnson withdrew on Monday due to knee discomfort, Jon Rahm and Bryson DeChambeau are the 8-1 co-favorites at William Hill Sportsbook, while Texas native Jordan Spieth (10-1) is close behind on the PGA odds board this week.
