Today's picks: Wisconsin-Arizona State best bet, plus more college football, college basketball and NFL picks for Thursday

Justin begins by sharing important college basketball betting tips in light of all the COVID-19 issues affecting line movements. He stresses taking a "wait and watch" approach. Larry takes a look at Week 17 NFL QB issues for the Lions, Ravens, and Broncos. 

The Coach delivers the SportsLine Play of the Day, backing Tennessee in the first half -4 over Purdue at 3 p.m. ET. Mike is also on the Volunteers to be ahead at halftime and the end of the game at -110. They both note that Tennessee is a very explosive first half team. Mike says Purdue is just not equipped to keep up with the Volunteers, who play at one of the fastest paces in the nation. 

Tom's featured selection is Wisconsin -6.5 over Arizona State at 10:30 p.m. ET. "The Sun Devils are a team that is built on running the ball and playing good defense. The problem for Arizona State is, it's probably not good that they are missing their two leading rushers that have both opted out of the game, and three starting defenders," he says. "I think Wisconsin is going to be able to move the ball pretty consistently on the ground. I'm not sure Arizona State is going to be able to do much of anything offensively,"

Justin provides a trio of college hoops plays while preaching caution on when to jump on the picks. He is taking Oakland -12.5 over Robert Morris at 7 p.m. ET. The Colonials have been very bad ATS this season. He is also going with UAB -11.5 over UTEP at 7:30 p.m. ET. The Blazers are a strong pick at home. Justin finishes with South Dakota State -3 over North Dakota State at 8 p.m. ET. This will be a fun rivalry game, but the Jackrabbits will prevail. 

Larry's NFL play is the Titans -3.5 over the Dolphins on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET. Larry is not as impressed as others with Miami's winning streak when the opponents they have faced are taken into account. Tennessee should also have a decisive home-field advantage,
