Matt's Analysis:
Boston College is a vastly different (i.e. better) team when QB Phil Jurkovec is healthy. Since he returned from injury, the Eagles have beaten Georgia Tech and Virginia Tech each by double digits. I'm pretty shocked this spread is under 3 as it will be a bit chilly for the warm-weather Noles, who also probably are looking ahead to next week's rivalry game with Florida.
