A couple of darkhorses are emerging in the Patriot. Including Lehigh, which has brought out the hammer in blowouts of Lafayette and Colgate, scoring 90 pg in those wins. It was another double-digit win on Saturday at Bethlehem vs Holy Cross, the third straight game where sr. G Tyler Whitney-Sidney has led the Mountain Hawks in scoring (18 ppg that span). It took a few weeks for Lehigh to adjust to the absence of top scorer G James Higgins, (Jr (17.9 ppg), out since early January. Note the Mountain Hawks already won 66-64 hosting Bucknell in OT on January 2 despite shooting only 33% from the floor.
