A wretched second half last Saturday at Santa Clara kept USF from scoring 80+ points in six straight games, but the Dons got back to the magic 80 in Thursday's win over Pepperdine. Sharpshooter USF G Marcus Williams was one of those who had trouble at Santa Clara (just 2 for 12 FGs) but recovered nicely with 7 for 12 shooting in the win over the Waves, when USF shot almost 53% from the floor, while G Malik Thomas has tapped a rich vein of form and has scored 25 pg across the past six outings.
