It's not Senior Night in Richmond, but this game means a ton to the Spiders' starters, who include three graduate students and a senior. Grant Golden, Jacob Gilyard and co. never have beaten Dayton; the Flyers have won eight straight meetings. In the past two months, Richmond's only home losses have come by two points to VCU and by three to Davidson. This is an even matchup but with home court and Richmond's big edge in experience, I'll lay the small number.
The wrong team is favored here. Even after getting upset by La Salle last game, the Flyers sit in the three spot in the A10 conference. This spread seems like an overreaction to the Flyers last game. Even with that game, they are 5-1 SU and ATS in their last six games. The Spiders have been underperforming as they are just 1-7 ATS in their last eight games and 1-7 ATS at home against conference opponents. The Flyers are the much better team and they have dominated the Spiders in recent years as they are 8-0 SU and 5-2-1 ATS in their last eight meetings. Take the Flyers here.
