Kirk Cousins Under 0.5 interceptions (-150)
"Cousins is coming off a game where he threw two picks against the Steelers at Pittsburgh managed to rally back and make it competitive late. With visions of the pick-six last week dancing in his head, expect Cousins to stay conservative in this matchup, especially with the Vikings now favored to win by nearly a TD. Even if he does air it out more than expected, the Bears haven't been turnover machines this year, recording just five interceptions in 13 games, which is the same number Cousins has thrown. Making things even tougher for Chicago, the entire starting secondary is on the COVID-19 list after Jaylon Johnson and Tashuan Gipson joined 12 of their teammates there on Sunday. Cousins throwing a pick in these circumstances would qualify as surprising."
Justin Jefferson Longest reception Over 28.5 yards (-105)
"This seems like a pretty high number in this prop, but if ever the situation was aligned for it to cash, it's now. As mentioned above, the Bears are missing the entire starting secondary, and with the defensive coordinator also out due to COVID protocol, there's a great chance a miscommunication or missed assignment among the defensive backs leads to at least one huge play. Jefferson has hauled in nine catches of at least 30 yards this year, so even if the Bears DBs manage to stay on the same page, he could wind up just outmuscling his man on a deep attempt at some point during the game as well. With Jefferson's yardage prop being a touch high considering how the game flow could play out in the second half, this seems like the best way to get on a positive prop involving the star receiver."
Darnell Mooney Over 52.5 receiving yards (-115)
"At the end of November, Mooney looked like he was emerging as a No. 1 receiver, racking up two games with 120-plus receiving yards and seeing a total of 24 targets in those matchups. But in two games since he's had just 12 targets and 46 receiving yards combined. Unless the Bears can find creative ways to deliver explosive plays again this week, I think circumstances will cause Mooney to be lifted back into WR1 territory. Allen Robinson returned last week and saw six targets, but he's on the COVID list. Marquise Goodwin is doubtful to play as he continues to recover from a foot injury. That's 89 targets from this season missing, and unless Jakeem Grant or Damiere Byrd see an unusual spike in volume, Mooney should be in line for eight-plus targets in a game where Chicago profiles to play from behind."
