Once in a while we get a scoreline in an A's game like the 10-9 extra innings shootout last Thursday vs. the Rockies. Take out that explosive encounter, however, and Oakland is scoring only 2.5 runs pg across its other last ten games, and don't expect a lot of fireworks today vs. Roniel Blanco (2.09 ERA), who has been the Astros' most effective starter this season. Meanwhile, Aaron Brooks has looked very serviceable in his two chances in the rotation for Mark Kotsay, including allowing an acceptable three runs in seven innings on May 15 at Minute Maid Park. Houston won that one 3-0, and another lower scoreline between these two at the Coliseum today would not surprise. Play Astros-A's "Under"
