Warriors vs. Suns Tuesday NBA injury report, odds, props: Phoenix's Big 3 of Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, Bradley Beal could finally take floor together

The Phoenix Suns could have their Big 3 all available on Tuesday vs. Golden State.

Other than briefly in the preseason, NBA fans still have not yet seen what the Phoenix Suns' Big 3 of All-Stars Kevin Durant, Devin Booker and Bradley Beal can accomplish together as they've yet to all play in the same regular-season game due to injuries. That might change Tuesday night against visiting Golden State because Booker is healthy and Beal has been cleared to return – meaning it's all up to Durant, who is questionable with an ankle injury. The Suns are -3 on the SportsLine consensus.

It looked like the NBA's latest incarnation of a superteam would debut on Nov. 15 at home vs. Minnesota. Both Durant and Booker were healthy then and Beal was set to play just his fourth game of the season, but he would eventually be scratched and has missed 12 games due to back issues. He went through a full practice Sunday and responded well. Beal will play but might have a minutes restriction. In his three outings, Beal is averaging 17.3 points per game on 39% shooting from the floor.

Beal has yet to play with Booker, the lone member of the trio to suit up in Friday's 114-106 loss against the Sacramento Kings with Durant nursing a sprained ankle. Durant, it should be noted didn't practice Sunday due to the ankle issue that has sidelined him since Dec. 5, but did so on a limited basis Monday. The sportsbooks have no individual Suns props up yet.

Durant ranks third in the league in scoring at 31.0 PPG, his highest average since he won the NBA scoring title in 2013-14 at 32.0 PPG. Durant has also scored at least 25 points in a franchise-long 18 consecutive games, while his 589 points through his first 19 games of this season are the most in franchise history and the most the future Hall of Famer has scored in the first 19 games of a season in his career.

Tuesday starts a stretch of 11 of 14 games at home for the team. Coach Frank Vogel said he hoped to have the Big 3 on the court for the bulk of that time. The Suns have a losing record at Footprint Center (5-6). Phoenix is without Grayson Allen again Tuesday. He's averaging 12.3 points and 4.5 rebounds per game. Reserve Nassir Little is also out.

Golden State has been off since a wild 138-136 overtime loss in Oklahoma City last Friday to fall back to two games under .500. The Thunder scored 35 points off Golden State's whopping 29 turnovers. Stephen Curry scored 34 points but missed a 3-pointer as time expired in regulation. Warriors coach Steve Kerr had made some noise about lineup changes, but the starting five was the same.

Reserve guard Gary Payton, a good defender, remains out injured. Chris Paul has no designation after missing Friday with an illness.Paul spent the past three seasons with Phoenix.

The Warriors have been rather unlucky of late. They've lost their past three road games by a combined four points. It's first time in franchise history the Warriors have lost three road games in a row by a combined margin below five points. It hadn't happened to an NBA team since the 2006-07 New Jersey Nets. The last team to suffered three consecutive road losses by two points or fewer was the 2021-22 LA Lakers.

Phoenix is 2-0 vs. Golden State this year with Durant (28.5 PPG) and Booker (25.0 PPG) playing in games. Curry averaged just 21.5 PPG over the two matchups but is set at over/under 28.5 points for Tuesday.
