The Virginia Tech Hokies take on the Tulane Green Wave on Wednesday in the 2023 Military Bowl at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, Md. The Green Wave (11-2) lost to SMU 26-14 in the American Athletic Conference Championship to snap a 10-game win streak. The Hokies (6-6) finished fifth in the Atlantic Coast Conference but come off a 55-17 rout of rival Virginia in their regular-season finale.
