Ravens vs. Browns Saturday NFL Week 15 injury report, odds: Lamar Jackson out, Tyler Huntley cleared to start against Deshaun Watson

Tyler Huntley will start at quarterback against Deshaun Watson on Saturday in Ravens-Browns.

With the college football regular season officially ending last Saturday with Army-Navy, the NFL now fills the Saturday football void with three games in Week 15. The middle one on NFL Network features the Ravens and Browns in Deshaun Watson's regular-season home debut for Cleveland. As expected, he will not be opposed by Baltimore's Lamar Jackson, but instead by Tyler Huntley as Jackson was officially ruled out today. The Browns are -3 at Caesars Sportsbook.

There was no odds movement with the Jackson news because oddsmakers presumed that Jackson would miss at least one more week with his knee injury. A typical PCL strain, which Jackson has, often can mean a three-week absence. Huntley was knocked out of last Sunday's upset win in Pittsburgh with a possible concussion but has cleared the protocol and has practiced all week.

Huntley has completed 79.5% of his passes (35 of 44) for 275 yards with no scores and a pick while rushing for 72 yards and one touchdown on 19 carries this year. His backup will again be Anthony Brown, the undrafted rookie out of Oregon. He was 3-for-5 for 16 yards in relief of Huntley vs. Pittsburgh. Over the past two weeks, Huntley has been hit on 31.8% of his plays, which ranks behind only New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones (34.6%). Brown might be needed.

Baltimore and Cincinnati are tied for the AFC North lead at 9-4, although the Ravens currently hold the tiebreaker. They are the -145 favorites with the Bengals +115. A win Saturday would increase Baltimore's chances of winning the North to 78%, while a loss would drop its chances to 52%.

Cleveland is 1-1 since Watson returned from his 11-game suspension, and he definitely has looked rusty, completing just 59.4% of his passes for 407 yards, a TD and two picks – a rating of 70.0 that would be the worst among qualified QBs.

Nick Chubb's game has suffered with Watson's return. Chubb averaged 94.5 yards rushing per game in Weeks 1-12 with 12 total TDs. Those numbers have fallen to 57.0 yards with Watson under center without a score. Chubb is still the +360 favorite for this game to be the first TD scorer. He is set at over/under 74.5 yards rushing.
