The Los Angeles Chargers offense has grown stagnant over the past couple of seasons, but things should look different in 2023. L.A. moved on from Joe Lombardi as offensive coordinator and brought in Kellen Moore. Moore engineered one of the fastest-paced offenses in the NFL in Dallas and should put more of an emphasis on using Justin Herbert's arm talent to attack opposing defenses. Entering the 2023 NFL Draft, Los Angeles was rumored to be in the market for a young field-stretcher to help bring their visions of a more vertically attacking offense to life. And with the No. 21 overall selection, L.A. got their vertical threat, passing on the speed of Zay Flowers in favor of the playmaking ability of TCU's 6-foot-3 Quentin Johnston.
