Oregon vs. Colorado prediction, odds, spread, line, start time: Proven expert releases CFB picks, best bets for Saturday's game at Autzen Stadium

Jimmie Kaylor, who has covered college football for over a decade, has locked in his picks, predictions, and best bets for CU vs. Oregon in the first Pac-12 game for head coach Deion Sanders

Deion Sanders and the No. 19 Colorado Buffaloes (3-0) are set to take on their first Pac-12 opponent of the Coach Prime era when they travel to Eugene, Oregon to play the No. 10 Oregon Ducks (3-0) on Saturday. Kickoff is at 3:30 p.m. ET. The Buffs will be without star two-way player Travis Hunter who was injured in CU's 43-35 double overtime win over Colorado State last week. Quarterback Shedeur Sanders, a surprise Heisman Trophy candidate, leads the way for Colorado. The Ducks are perfect straight up and against the spread in 2023, and are coming off a blowout 55-10 win over Hawaii. Oregon has a Heisman candidate of their own in veteran QB Bo Nix.

The Ducks are 21-point favorites in the latest Colorado vs. Oregon odds via SportsLine consensus, while the over/under for total points scored is 70.5 (see up-to-date odds for every game this week on our college football odds page).

Before you make any Colorado vs. Oregon picks or any other college football predictions, you NEED to see which side proven SportsLine expert Jimmie Kaylor is on.

Kaylor is a NFL, college football, and DFS expert for SportsLine, who has covered the NFL and college football for close to a decade as a member of the Pro Football Writers of America. His background as a former college football All-American and NFL player gives him a unique perspective when building his fantasy lineups and locking in his betting picks. As a Colorado native, he has his finger on the pulse of the local and national sports scene and has been cashing big on Denver area teams for the last two years.

Kaylor has been red-hot on his Colorado picks this season, going 4-1 on his best bets in the Buffs' first three games of the season. Anyone who has followed his picks is WAY UP!

Kaylor knows the Buffs are a different team under Deion Sanders. The overall talent level and team speed have both increased dramatically, and quarterback Shedeur Sanders is legitimate Heisman Trophy contender and future first round NFL draft pick. Colorado will undoubtedly miss Travis Hunter in this matchup, but they still have plenty of playmakers (Jimmy Horn Jr., Xavier Weaver, Dylan Edwards, etc.) that will test the back end of Oregon's defense.

Kaylor also knows that Oregon is vastly superior to Colorado up front on both sides of the ball. Ducks QB Bo Nix, has taken only one sack in three games, and the Oregon defensive line is talented enough to generate pressure with a four-man rush. The Ducks have national and Pac-12 title aspirations and will be motivated to make a statement in front of their home crowd at Autzen Stadium.

Now, Kaylor has locked in a confident against-the-spread pick for Colorado vs. Oregon. We can tell you he's leaning Under on the point total, but he knows a crucial X-factor makes one side of the spread a MUST-BACK! You ABSOLUTELY need to see what it is before locking in any picks of your own.
