No. 6 Ole Miss vs. Kentucky odds, line: Advanced computer college football model releases spread pick for Saturday's SEC game

SportsLine's projection model has generated selections for the matchup between the Rebels and Wildcats

The No. 6 Ole Miss Rebels will look to stay hot when they host the Kentucky Wildcats on Saturday at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, Miss. The Rebels (4-0) have won their four games this season by an average of 49.5 points per game. Dating to last season, they have won seven straight games and 12 of their last 13 games with the only loss coming against No. 2 Georgia. Meanwhile the Wildcats (2-2, 0-2 in SEC) are coming off a 41-6 victory over Ohio, which ended a two-game losing streak.

Kickoff is noon ET. The Rebels are 15.5-point favorites in the latest Ole Miss vs. Kentucky odds, while the over/under for total points scored is 52. (See up-to-date odds for every game this week on our college football odds page.)

Before making any Kentucky vs. Ole Miss picks or college football predictions, you NEED to see the predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.

The model simulates every FBS college football game 10,000 times. Since its inception, it has generated a profit of well over $2,000 for $100 players on its top-rated college football picks against the spread. It is also coming off a profitable 13-9 season on top-rated spread picks. Anyone who has followed it has seen strong returns.

The model knows that the Rebels have one of the best quarterbacks in the country in Jaxson Dart. A 6-foot-2, 225-pound senior, Dart leads the country in passing efficiency (219.4), total offense (411.0 yards per game), passing yards per game (388.5) and yards per attempt (13.1). Behind Dart, Ole Miss leads the country in scoring offense (55.0 points per game) and total offense (670.8 yards per game).

But the model also has taken into account that the Kentucky defense will be the best defense that Ole Miss has faced this season. The Wildcats rank sixth in total defense (217.0 yards per game) and 15th in scoring defense (12.5 points per game). They allowed just 223 yards in last week's 41-6 win over Ohio.

For Saturday, the model has set its sights on Ole Miss vs. Kentucky. We can tell you it is leaning Over, and it also says one side of the spread hits in well over 50% of simulations. You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any college football picks.
