We went 1-2 in this column last week, dropping us to 14-7 (+6.3 units) on the season. The Falcons-Buccaneers Under cashed easily, but we missed badly with the Packers-Broncos Over and lost by a half-point on the Lions-Ravens Under 43.5 (Final: Baltimore 38, Detroit 6).

The Vikings lead the NFL in delay-of-game penalties. A whopping 68% of the Vikings' penalties have been committed by their offense; that's tops in the NFL.

Another thing that should help the Under: Green Bay and Minnesota's defenses are two of the least penalized on passing plays, ranking 28th and 30th respectively.
