Coming off our second straight 3-0 week in this brand-new officiating column, let's look to stay hot in Week 7. We stand at 13-5 after cashing the Under 44.5 in Vikings-Bears, the Under 41.5 in Patriots-Raiders and Lions (-3) against the spread.

And we've got Ron Torbert as the referee: He's called 64% of his overall penalties on offenses, substantially above the league average of 56%. Only three of Torbert's six games have stayed Under this season, but since the start of the 2020 season he's a whopping 38-20 (68%) to the Under.

"Forty-eight percent of Torbert's overall penalties this season have been assessed on the offensive line -- via holding or false starts," Gibbs noted. "That's the highest rate for any referee through six weeks."
