"One of the reasons that I never got on board with the Peterson draft hype train this offseason was that I was utterly sure that he was a zero or an outright negative in the passing game," Mattek said. "The team has third-down specialist Chris Thompson for that role anyway, though Thompson was not active for Week 9. Washington got blown out at home by a mediocre Falcons team and AP did absolutely nothing, getting only nine carries and despite the scoreline, only three targets. In games that Washington projects to lose, the only way AP is going to have Fantasy value is if he scores."
