"The big concern with Hill is that he is too reliant on deep ball throws that are not guaranteed completions," Mattek said. "He gets a giant boost when Watkins does not play. Hill's targets-per-game average when Watkins plays fewer than 15 snaps or doesn't play at all is a shade higher than 11. When Watkins does play, Hill averages only 7.1 targets per game. Not that you were ever going to bench Hill, but even banged up with a foot injury, I expect him to be a clear WR1."
