Week 9 of the college football schedule is packed with important matchups. The first big game kicks off on Friday at 10:30 p.m. ET on CBS Sports Network when Heisman Trophy favorite Ashton Jeanty and No. 17 Boise State visit UNLV, with control of the Mountain West on the line.

The Rebels lost to LSU but were playing their seventh straight game to start the season. Now Lane Kiffin's group had a bye week to get healthy and recharge the batteries."
