Chiefs vs. Eagles Super Bowl 57 odds, prop: Rare touchdown, two-point conversion by same player would pay +1400

Will a player score both a touchdown and a two-point conversion in Super Bowl 57?

One of the rarer occurrences in the NFL is a player scoring a touchdown and then a two-point conversion immediately after. It happened just six times during the 2022 regular season, with Patrick Mahomes and Jalen Hurts being two of the players to accomplish the feat. That someone pulls it off on Sunday in Super Bowl 57 between the Chiefs and Eagles is +1400 at DraftKings, with No listed at -5000.

Keep in mind that a quarterback throwing a touchdown pass and then throwing or running for a two-point conversion wouldn't count. For example, here's how Mahomes got his eight-point play.

When Kansas City was on the verge of being upset at home Week 9 by Tennessee, Mahomes scored on a 14-yard run with 2:56 left and then ran in the two-point conversion to tie the game at 17-17. The Chiefs would go on to win 20-17 in overtime. That play would fulfill the prop's conditions.

Conversely, when the Chiefs visited Houston in Week 15, Mahomes scored on a 5-yard run with 11:57 remaining and then completed a two-point pass to Jerick McKinnon. That play wouldn't count towards the prop, because Mahomes didn't take the ball into the end zone for the conversion.

Mahomes had four rushing touchdowns in the regular season and that Titans game was his lone two-point conversion score. He is +370 for an anytime TD in Super Bowl 57.

That there is a successful two-point conversion by either Kansas City or Philadelphia is +250 with No at -325. There wasn't a successful conversion in the past five Super Bowls, but one was attempted last year by the Rams.
