Bulls vs. Wizards line, picks: Advanced computer NBA model releases selections for Tuesday matchup

SportsLine's projection model generated selections for Tuesday's matchup between the Chicago Bulls and the Washington Wizards

The Chicago Bulls visit the nation's capital to face the Washington Wizards at 7 p.m. ET on Tuesday. Chicago is favored by 3.5 points at Caesars Sportsbook, while the Over-Under is set at 222.5 (see up-to-date odds for every game this week on our NBA odds page).

Before making any Bulls vs. Wizards picks, you NEED to check out the NBA predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.

The SportsLine Projection Model simulates every NBA game 10,000 times and has returned well over $10,000 in profit for $100 players on its top-rated NBA picks over the past three-plus seasons. The model enters Week 24 of the 2021-22 NBA season on a stunning 83-51 roll on all top-rated NBA picks, returning over $2,600. Anyone following it has seen HUGE returns.

The model knows Chicago's offense is potent. The Bulls are scoring more than 1.12 points per possession, a top-10 rate in the NBA, and Chicago is elite in converting shots. The Bulls are in the top three of the league in field-goal percentage and 3-point percentage, with Chicago converting more than 80 percent of free-throw attempts. Chicago also commits fewer than 13 turnovers per game, and the Bulls are above-average in generating fast-break points, averaging almost 13 per contest.

The model also knows Washington projects well on defense. The Wizards lead the NBA in fast-break points allowed, giving up only 8.7 per game. Washington is also No. 2 in the league in 3-pointers allowed at 11.2 per game, and the Wizards are holding opponents to only 52.0 percent on 2-point attempts. Opponents produce only 23.3 assists per game against the Wizards, and Chicago has one clear weakness on offense. The Bulls rank in the bottom third of the NBA in free-throw attempts per game, slightly negating Chicago's elite free-throw accuracy.

Now, it has set its sights on Bulls vs. Wizards. We can tell you the model is leaning over the total, and it also says one side of the spread hits in over 60 percent of simulations! You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any NBA picks.
