The Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs meet in Super Bowl 59 after clashing two seasons ago in Super Bowl 57, a game Kansas City won 38-35. The Eagles have the opportunity to prevent the NFL's first three-peat, and they will likely need star receiver A.J. Brown to have a big game in order to do so. Philadelphia acquired Brown ahead of the 2022 season and made Super Bowl 57 thanks in large part to his contributions in his first season with the team. Brown had six receptions for 96 yards and a touchdown in that matchup.

Brown had a frustrating 2024 season. Despite lackluster playoff showings against the Packers and Rams, Brown got the best of Washington's strong pass defense with 96 yards and a score. Kansas City's defense finished near the middle of the league through the air and even though Barkley seems to be the engine of Philadelphia's offense, Brown should have a sizable role if the Eagles want to pull off the Super Bowl upset.
