The annual primetime matchup on the three-game Thanksgiving holiday slate in the NFL rotates every year -- the game has no set host, as opposed to the Lions and Cowboys always getting the first two games. This year, the primetime matchup (8:20 p.m. ET kickoff on NBC) is a big game from the NFC West as the San Francisco 49ers (7-3) visit the Seattle Seahawks (6-2) in the first Thanksgiving game for both since they faced off in 2014. The Niners are -3.5 on the SportsLine consensus. 

The 49ers are 3-2-1 all-time on Thanksgiving and the Seahawks 2-2. Thursday's winner will have a massive early head-to-head tiebreaker in the NFC West with the teams meeting again in Week 14 at Levi's Stadium. If the Niners win here to take a two-game lead, it's going to be almost impossible for Seattle to win the division even with one head-to-head game to go, as the Seahawks would be 1-3 in West play and the 49ers 3-0. San Francisco is a -800 favorite to repeat as division champion and Seattle is +550. The Rams and Cardinals are afterthoughts.

San Francisco will be wearing throwback white-on-white uniforms that honor Niners' 1994 Super Bowl championship team. Seattle is going with its all "Action Green" look that has been customary for most Thursday night games since the colors made their debut in 2016. The Seahawks a 5-1 record all-time in Action Green, including 3-1 on Thursdays.  

Since 2004, favorites on Thanksgiving are 46-8 straight up and 36-18 against the spread.
