Davis Thompson dominated the field at TPC Deere Run over the weekend to win the John Deere Classic going away and notch his first PGA Tour victory. He'll be in the field again this week for the first of two consecutive events across the pond in the United Kingdom. The Renaissance Club has hosted the Genesis Scottish Open since 2019 and plays as a par-70 at more than 7,200 yards. A field of 156 players led by the previous two winners, Xander Schauffele and Rory McIlroy, will play for a purse of $9 million in what likely are to be blustery conditions.

McIlroy is the +700 favorite, followed by Schauffele (+800), Collin Morikawa (+1200), Ludvig Aberg (+1400), with Viktor Hovland and Tommy Fleetwood at +2000 odds.
