Tiger Woods plays a PGA Tour event for the first time since last year's Open Championship when he tees off in the 2023 Genesis Invitational on Thursday at Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, Calif. The 15-time major winner is winless in 14 career appearances at the Genesis. Woods is a +7000 longshot to lead after the first round. Jon Rahm is the favorite to lead after the first round, at +2000, followed by Rory McIlroy (+2200) and last week's WM Phoenix Open champion, Scottie Scheffler (+2500).
