A Maurice Alexander punt return in the Philadelphia Stars' USFL semifinals win against New Jersey last weekend proved to be the difference in Philly advancing to the USFL championship game this Sunday. Earlier this season, Stars quarterback Bryan Scott was one of the league's best stories, but after an injury, Case Cookus took over for the last three quarters of the season, and will face a tough Birmingham Stallions defense that held New Orleans to just 17 points last weekend. Cookus threw for just 133 yards and an interception last against New Jersey, but can he bounce back for USFL DFS lineups in the biggest game of the season?

Cookus did manage to run for a touchdown in the 19-14 win against the Generals, but is he the QB you want from the USFL DFS player pool this weekend? Birmingham's J'Mar Smith passed for 190 yards with a touchdown, and he also ran for nearly 50 yards and a score in the Stallions' win over New Orleans. Wide receiver Osiris Mitchell also had a big game for Birmingham, with four catches for 64 yards and a touchdown.
