2021 NFL Week 7 odds, props and picks: Proven expert's best bets include Lamar Jackson's chances against Bengals defense
There has been good, bad and ugly in the first six weeks, and NFL Week 7 should bring more of the same. But like every other week, there will be a bevy of NFL prop bets to keep you intrigued no matter the quality of the matchup. Before you decide on any of your Week 7 NFL prop picks, you'll want to see the top NFL picks from props expert Alex Selesnick.
Over the past two seasons, Selesnick (aka PropStarz) is up 122 units on NFL props and futures plays. For a $100 bettor, that's a return of more than $12,000. PropStarz specializes in NFL and NBA prop betting, where he implements a combination of research, statistical analysis and mathematical modeling. His background playing competitive poker, Scrabble and backgammon helped form the foundation of his sports betting approach.
Through six weeks, PropStarz is an eye-popping 20-10 on his picks for SportsLine, and he cashed in easily on four of his five picks last week. One of those was Bears quarterback Justin Fields going Over the 14.5 rushing yards (-115) listed at Caesars Sportsbook, even though the rookie had just 25 over his first three starts.
"Fields is capable of picking this up on just one rushing attempt," PropStarz told SportsLine before the Bears hosted the Packers. The expert was hoping Chicago coach Matt Nagy would start playing to the rookies' strengths. But he said "even if Nagy doesn't turn Fields loose, I still like his chances to potentially break off a nice gain after the pocket collapses."
Of course, that's exactly what happened, and Fields broke off runs of 14 and 16 yards as he scrambled away from the Green Bay pass rush. He finished the game with six carries for 43 yards, and PropStarz and anyone who followed him cashed that bet.Â
Now, after poring over the hundreds of NFL prop odds, PropStarz has five more picks he loves for NFL Week 7. One of his bets for Sunday: Lamar Jackson will go Over the 230.5 passing yards listed (-115) at Caesars Sportsbook.Â
"I am buying into this high-volume Ravens passing attack, which we've seen a lot of so far in 2021," the expert told SportsLine. "I'm not suggesting that the Ravens are going to lead the league in passing attempts anytime soon, but I do think that they are going to continue to lean on Lamar's arm."
PropStarz has locked in four other CONFIDENT prop bets, including rushing leader Derrick Henry's combined yardage against Kansas City! PropStarz has been on fire with his predictions, and you NEED to see these picks before locking in your bets.
