Dressel, who has won three gold medals already, is favored to win another in the 50-meter freestyle Saturday night (9:30 p.m. ET). Swimming at the Tokyo Olympics wraps up with the 4x100 medley relays, with the women's race at 10:15 p.m. ET and the men closing things out at 10:36 p.m. Team USA has won gold all 15 times it has entered the men's 4x100 medley, while the women have won 10 of their 15 races. Dressel is listed as the -450 favorite for Saturday night's 50-meter freestyle in the latest 2020 Tokyo Olympics swimming odds from William Hill Sportsbook. Team USA is the -138 top choice in the men's 4x100 medley while the women are the +450 second favorite behind Jamaica (-400).
