USC is starting to look like one of Eric Musselman's old Nevada teams, utilizing a bunch of new transfer pieces that have started to click into place over the last month. It's a tough turnaround after beating Michigan State on Saturday but any letdown factor is met with Northwestern's own issues. The Wildcats have lost three straight and senior starting forward Brooks Barnhizer has been ruled out for the year. His absence is baked into the line, but when you combine Northwestern's thinning rotation with a USC team that's trending in the right direction I see value on the Trojans.
