The "Doug Gotlieb Revolution" is off to a very slow start (2-8) in Title Town. There also is an odd situation brewing with top scorer Anthony Roy (28 ppg), whose scoring has been sensational but nonetheless benched by Gottlieb in front of Saturday's game vs. Cleveland State, an 83-61 Fighting Phoenix loss. Minus Roy, Green Bay hit just 6 of 19 from deep. Roy is likely to be available tonight, but this offense risks becoming completely disjointed after recent developments. Milwaukee has no such distractions as HC Bart Lundy was pleased with the 79-67 Summit opening win over the same Cleveland State that just whipped the Fighting Phoenix.
