It's Paul Skenes Day in Pittsburgh and per usual with the Pirates it's simply whether they will score enough runs for him. If Skenes dominates today, he probably becomes the NL Cy Young betting favorite as he's only slightly behind Chris Sale currently. Arizona's Ryne Nelson has been pretty good himself of late so we might look at the total tomorrow but wanted to get -1 while available as it doesn't always stay that way.
