A crowded backfield can quickly diminish a running back's Fantasy value. And before you try and determine which running back will receive the bulk of the carries moving forward, you need to see SportsLine Fantasy analyst Matt Franciscovich's breakdown of some of the most fluid running back committees heading into Week 4.

One thing we can tell you heading into Week 4: Franciscovich is fading Patriots running back Sony Michel this week against the Bills.

"The Patriots backfield has a tough matchup against Buffalo in Week 4," Franciscovich said. "It's a matchup to consider fading Sony Michel in favor of Rex Burkhead as the Bills are one of just four defensive units to allow multiple receiving TDs to running backs on the young season. And with Julian Edelman's (chest) status unclear as he deals with what's being reported as a non-serious injury, it could mean even more receiving opportunities for Burkhead should the slot WR miss time."

Franciscovich has also identified a surprising running back who has a favorable matchup in Week 4, and makes the call on which RB will be the most reliable in Green Bay's crowded backfield.
