Dolphins vs. Bills NFL Week 4 odds, props: Tua Tagovailoa now clear MVP favorite, Miami set at 25.5 points after scoring 70

What will the Miami Dolphins do for an encore Sunday in Buffalo?

The 2023 Miami Dolphins are bringing back memories of the high-flying Greatest Show on Turf Rams after Tua Tagovailoa & Co. put 70 points and more than 700 yards Sunday on the Denver Broncos in a blowout victory. Tagovailoa is now the clear-cut +300 favorite to win MVP at DraftKings with the Dolphins visiting Buffalo on Sunday in a huge early AFC East matchup. The Bills are -2.5 on the SportsLine consensus.

Miami is set at Over/Under 25.5 points after scoring a franchise-record 70 in Sunday's 50-point win over the Broncos. Coach Mike McDaniel could have tried a late field goal from about 44 yards out to potentially set the NFL record, but the Dolphins took a knee. It was the fourth 70-point game in NFL history, including the playoffs, and the first since Washington scored 72 vs. the Giants in 1966.

The Dolphins' 726 yards were No. 2 in history. They set a franchise record with 350 rushing yards and became the first team ever with five passing TDs and five rushing scores in a game. Miami joined the 2004 Chiefs as the only teams with multiple players to have four TDs in a game – running back Raheem Mostert had three on the ground and one receiving, and rookie tailback De'Von Achane had two rushing and two receiving.

Achane will be an extremely popular Fantasy pickup and skyrocketed up to +1000 for NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year. The Dolphins ran 71 plays and averaged 10.2 yards per play, the most yards per play by a team with at least 70 offensive plays ran since 1960. Keep in mind the Dolphins did all that without excellent WR Jaylen Waddle, who is questionable for Week 4 with his concussion.

Tagovailoa is second in the NFL with 1,024 passing yards to Minnesota's Kirk Cousins, but the former Alabama star leads in yards per attempt and passer rating. He is taking the most tickets and most money to win MVP at DraftKings. WR Tyreek Hill is No. 1 in tickets and handle for Offensive Player of the Year and now the +450 favorite there. The Dolphins have the most yards (1,651) and second-most points (130) through three games of a season in NFL history.

Buffalo beat Washington 37-3 on Sunday so this will mark just the 11th game in NFL history with both teams coming off at least 34-point wins and the first since Week 8 in 2018 (Broncos at Chiefs). The Dolphins lead the NFL with a plus-59 point differential. The Bills are second at plus-56.

The Bills have won nine of the past 10 in the series and seven straight at home. Buffalo won 32-29 in Week 15 at home last year in the snow and then 34-31 in the playoffs (also at home) when Tagovailoa was out. Josh Allen has multiple passing touchdowns TD in all 11 career games against the Dolphins, including postseason play. That's the most consecutive games with multiple passing TDs TDs by any QB against a single team in NFL history.

Miami is now the -160 AFC East favorite at DraftKings with Buffalo at +165.
