Matthew Stafford Over 293.5 passing yards (-115)
"The Rams offense looks back on track after three straight weeks scoring at least 28 points, and Stafford has posted passing totals of 302, 295 and 287 yards in those games, even delivering nearly 300 yards when the Rams were blowing out the Jaguars. He'll be up against a Seahawks defense that lost a starting corner to the COVID list this weekend, but even before that the plan was likely to attack this unit by passing the ball. Seattle ranks first in yards per rush allowed but had given up the most passing yards in the league entering the week. With nine TDs and just one pick over his last three games, Stafford deserves to be treated like the issues that came up against the Titans and 49ers are in the past, and in what should be a competitive game, I like him to throw for 300 yards."
Darrell Henderson Under 48.5 rushing yards (-120)
"We already mentioned the Seahawks are a tough matchup for opposing rushing attacks, but Henderson runs the risk of not even getting enough carries to overcome what's likely to be a lower per-carry average. That's because Sony Michel has emerged as a legit second option at the position while filling in as the main ball-carrier over the last two weeks, and it sounds like Sean McVay wants to keep him more involved in the offense than he was getting just a couple carries a game against the 49ers and Packers. Henderson topped out at 55 rushing yards in the three games he played prior to his injury, so even with Michel playing a limited role he wasn't much better than this line. In an awful matchup as potentially part of a timeshare, odds are he stays under this total."
DK Metcalf Under 66.5 receiving yards (+100)
"With Tyler Lockett out, the easy assumption is that Metcalf is going over this number as the clear primary weapon for Russell Wilson. But the Rams also know that, so why wouldn't they roll their coverage to taking Metcalf away as much as possible and making guys like Freddie Swain and Dee Eskridge beat them? Even with Lockett on the field, Metcalf hasn't managed to click in the passing game in recent weeks, not topping 60 yards since all the way back in Week 7. The success Seattle found in the rushing attack last week, coupled with the loss of Lockett, makes me think their focus is largely going to be on running the ball successfully and keeping the Rams offense off the field, and that means Metcalf isn't necessarily in for an uptick in targets this week."
