Mecole Hardman prop bets, picks Super Bowl 55: Wide receiver could be game-changer in Chiefs vs. Bucs matchup

The Kansas City wide receiver has been a solid contributor this season, and Hardman could pay off big in some prop bets in Sunday's game

The Kansas City Chiefs have a number of offensive weapons, and are stacked at the wide receiver position. One of quarterback Patrick Mahomes' favorite targets is second-year receiver Mecole Hardman, who was fourth on the team in receptions with 41 for 560 yards and four touchdowns. He had seven explosive plays of 20 or more yards. In the postseason, Hardman has six receptions for 62 yards and a score, including one explosive play.

Super Bowl prop bets are popular among bettors, and William Hill Sportsbook has a number of enticing options involving Hardman.

William Hill has set the Over-Under on Hardman's total receptions at 2.5, and it has his receiving yards at 29.5. Hardman has surpassed 2.5 receptions in nine games and 29.5 receiving yards eight times. He also had one rush for 50 yards against Buffalo in the AFC Championship Game.

The sportsbook also has Hardman as a +8000 long shot to become the first wide receiver since Julian Edelman in Super Bowl LIII to win the Super Bowl MVP, when he caught 10 passes for 141 yards. He also returns kicks and punts and could be the first returner since Desmond Howard took MVP honors in Super Bowl XXXI for his 244 all-purpose yards, which included a 99-yard kick return for a touchdown. If you think Hardman's total receptions are over 2.5, you can get +110, and he is +105 to have under 13.5 yards for his longest reception.

Will Hardman take charge in the big game and make those bets pay off? Before you make any Hardman prop bets or Super Bowl 55 picks, you MUST see what the SportsLine Projection Model has to say.

The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up almost $7,900 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception five-plus years ago. It has also crushed its NFL prop picks this season, entering the 2021 Super Bowl on a strong 386-309 roll, returning a massive profit of almost $3,200 this season. Anyone who has followed it is way up.

With the 2021 Super Bowl scheduled for Sunday, the model has locked in on Hardman's NFL player props from William Hill and its best bets. You can see all of its 2021 Super Bowl best bets here.

We can tell you the model is leaning Over on total receiving yards. Hardman has surpassed 29.5 receiving yards in eight games, and if he gets at least three receptions it's almost a lock. In the divisional round against Cleveland, Hardman caught four passes for 58 yards.

He had three catches for 23 yards in the Chiefs' 27-24 win in the Nov. 29 matchup at Tampa Bay.

Kansas City will look to exploit the Buccaneers' 21st-ranked pass defense as they did in their Week 12 matchup. In that game, the Chiefs rolled up 543 yards and led 27-10 after three quarters. They ended up winning 27-24. Because of his importance in the Kansas City offense, the model is projecting Hardman to have 33 yards receiving.

In addition, the model is also high on a must-see Super Bowl prop bet that pays almost 7-1! You NEED to see the model's analysis before making any Super Bowl LV prop bets.
