Top 5 Rookie QBs for Dynasty and 2020 Fantasy Football
Fantasy expert Jacob Gibbs provides deep redraft and dynasty scouting reports on the exciting 2020 rookie class of QBs.

There hasn't been an NFL Draft class with as much hype as the 2020 group in quite some time. The QB position is particularly loaded, as three passers were taken in the first six picks.
Fantasy expert Jacob Gibbs takes an in-depth look at each rookie QB and how they may fare in seasonal and dynasty formats -- exclusively for SportsLine members. Gibbs was the seventh most accurate Fantasy draft ranker in the nation last season, per FantasyPros. We can tell you Gibbs loves the landing spot in Miami for Tua Tagovailoa, saying the fifth-overall pick's "ability to successfully push the ball downfield" will mesh well with the skill sets of the Dolphins' "vertical weapons." His accuracy will be an upgrade over journeyman Ryan Fitzpatrick.
"Fitzpatrick ranked just 21st in terms of PFF's accuracy rating. His pass-catchers saw a catchable target on just 70.9 percent of targets, and Preston Williams saw just a 59.3 percent catchable target rate in 2019," Gibbs noted. "For dynasty purposes, Tagovailoa's landing spot in Miami allows him to remain the clear-cut QB2 in rookie drafts. He has a realistic chance at starting double-digit games and has the talent and weapons to thrive if healthy."
Gibbs broke down the other top four rookie QBs, including a projected backup who could end up being a must-add. You NEED to see his rookie QB primer before you draft in any Fantasy format.
