ROTATION
Starters -- Point guard Tony Parker, Shooting guard Manu Ginobili, Small forward Bruce Bowen, Power forward Tim Duncan, Center Kurt Thomas. Bench -- Guard Jacque Vaughn, Guard Michael Finley, Forward Brent Barry, Forward Robert Horry, Forward Ime Udoka, Center Fabricio Oberto.

PLAYER NOTES

--Power forward Tim Duncan had his first double-double of the Western Conference semifinal series, recording 16 points and 13 rebounds after having totaled just 23 points and 11 rebounds in the first two games. Duncan also found time for four blocks. He'd had just two in the two losses in New Orleans.

--Point guard Tony Parker shot 12-for-24 and totaled 31 points to go with 11 assists. He'd taken only 17 and 14 shots in the first two games, and had recorded a total of just eight assists.

--Sixth man Manu Ginobili made his first start of the postseason and matched Parker's team-high scoring total with 31. Like Parker, he also was much busier offensively in Game 3, firing up 22 shots after having taken just 24 in the first two games. He'd totaled 32 points in the two series-opening losses.

--Backup center Fabricio Oberto (9) teamed with Kurt Thomas (10) to give the Spurs 19 rebounds from the center position. The Hornets countered with just 11 from starter Tyson Chandler (eight) and backup Melvin Ely (three). Oberto had recorded a total of just nine rebounds in the first two games.
