If I was Cliffy Boy here is what I would do.
First of I would bring back Sundin, I don't care about the cap right now, with the deletions I make later on the 7 million will be fesible. Sundin really helped Antropov develop last year, and with one more year of Sundin's tutalige I think Antropov can peak at about 65 points.

Should the Leafs resign Sundin for another year. I feel that they should not resign Sundin if he is truly asking for seven million as the Hotstove analysts suggest. They could sign two or three good players for that price. However, if it is a contract under five million, let him play another year in leafland. Why not bomb next year and have a chance to draft Tavares.

this leafs orginization is grouping and fast its very common of them to but this year will be much diff then the 3 last years as they have come one step closer to finding there rithem n i garuntee by the end this month they will have the team they need to win the cup top defencemen top forwards and to amazing goalies its just a matter of time before sundin makes his decision

Why did we trade a somewhat promising defensemen and a second round pick for him

Even though Ron Wilson has great numbers, Toronto needs an offencive minded coach because that is how they play. Also I am not totally convinced that they should have fired Mourice.

This is ridiculous. I am watching every other team improve (some overpaying yes) and watching the Leafs do just enough not too finish dead last in the league. This team is driving me nuts.</ | |
