Nashville's power play is a concern heading into the playoffs and so is the goaltending, even if Dan Ellis looked very good at times down the stretch. But the Predators had to fight their way in and they tend to play division-rival Detroit tough.

When the season began, who'd have thought they'd be in the playoff race or even in Nashville for that matter. The gutsy team is still above water, thanks in large part to goalie Dan Ellis, who has given up just one goal in his past 233 minutes of play.
