Galloway says shoulder is OK: The Tampa Tribune reports Bucs WR Joey Galloway said Thursday that he is fully recovered from offseason surgery to repair a left shoulder injury that rendered him ineffective and frustrated in that elimination game. "It's fine, it's ready to go," Galloway, 36, said. "I have a lot of confidence in our medical staff here. It was pretty smooth and the rehab was pretty smooth." Galloway injured his left shoulder at San Francisco on Dec. 23 and was inactive in the regular-season finale against Carolina. He was limited to one catch for 9 yards in a playoff setback that ended Tampa Bay's season at 9-8 and dropped Galloway to 0-4 in the playoffs. Following surgery to repair some tearing in the labrum and rotator cuff, he is eager to defend the NFC South title. (Updated 06/06/2008).
Injury Report
Shoulder - Probable for the start of 2008 training camp (Updated - 4/14/08)
Fantasy Analysis
Galloway should be fine for the start of training camp. In 15 games in 2007, Galloway caught 57 passes for 1,014 yards (17.8 avg.) and six touchdowns. He will be 37 in 2008 and has a history of injuries, but he's still worth using as a No. 3 Fantasy option. (Updated 06/06/2008).
